Q. Is The Pristine Décor an Australian company? 

A. Yes. The Pristine Décor is proudly Australian owned and operated. We are registered with the ASIC and our ABN is 40640266918.

Q. Are all your products hand crafted?

A. Our product line of candles & diffusers are home made by our founders Ranjan & Neev. And our Artisan’s Love line of goods are sourced from suppliers who trade in hand crafted & home decor items. We take pride in promoting the local artists from different places. 

Q. Does The Pristine Décor test its products on animals?

A. No. We are pleased to say that none of our products or any raw materials used to produce them are tested on animals. 

Q. What type of wax do you use?

A. The Pristine Décor only ever uses pure soy wax. Soy wax is biodegradable and cleans up with plain old soap and water. It has a lower melting point than paraffin wax and because of this, soy candles will burn slower or longer than paraffin candles. Soy wax burns with 90% less soot than paraffin and therefore reduces the amount of indoor pollution. At The Pristine Décor, we stand by our name and we are committed to give you the pure and pristine products.

Q. What type of wicks do you use?

A. The Pristine Décor only ever uses lead free cotton wicks. We at The Pristine Décor, take pride in our contribution towards building a Greener Earth.

Q. What type of handcrafted goods you sell under Artisan’s Love collection?

A. Artisan’s Love, product of The Pristine Décor takes pride in bringing to you the best of the handcrafted goods from local artists from different places. Our paintings are meticulously hand drawn on Palm leaves or raw silk with natural colours. Our metal items are hand made from Brass, Aluminium & Wrought Iron. Our range of homewares and home decor are uniquely crafted by various trades across the globe.

Q. Can I recycle my candle jars?

A. Yes, you can. We use soy wax for our candles range and therefore the jars can easily be cleaned with soap and warm water. Please note not to drain out any wax through your pipelines. 

Order & Delivery

Q. How do I know my order has been received? 

A. We will always send an ‘order confirmation’ email to your email address. Please make sure you have looked in your junk folders too.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. We make every attempt to dispatch your order the next business day, however there might be delays in which case we will keep you informed. It is our endeavour to keep you updated of your order progress throughout. We advise to wait for at least 7 business days to receive your order. 

Q. Can you gift wrap my order and send it to my friend?

A. Yes, we can. We offer our gift wrap service for a flat fee of $7. You can also include your personalized message. Please ensure that you have entered your friend’s delivery address as the ‘shipping address’ to ensure it is delivered to them.

Q. How do I know when my order is dispatched?

A. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. So, you can keep an eye on its progress. You can also login to your account and check your order status at any time.

Q. I have not received my order for over 7 business days now, what do I do?

A. If you feel that the delivery has taken longer than it should, you can check the status of your order from your account. You can contact the courier company with the tracking details provided to you.

Q. I have received my order, but it is damaged. What do I do?

A. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at support@thepristinedecor.com.au and upload the image of the damaged goods and the packaging within 48 hours of receiving it. You will need to send us back the damaged product via post or courier and we would be more than happy to send you the replacement once we have received it. Please see our refunds policy.

Q. Can I change my order, I have accidentally ordered an incorrect one?

A. You can change your order only if you contact us within an hour of placing it. You can email us at support@thepristinedecor.com.au with your Order number and details of change. Please note if you contact us beyond an hour, we may not be able to change it, since we always strive to complete your order in the soonest possible time.

Q. Can I purchase gift cards online?

A. Yes, you can. The Pristine Décor believes in contributing to a Greener Earth and therefore we will only send you an email with your gift card. Please refer the Gifts section for further details.

Q. Can I customize my gift order?

A. Yes, you can. You will simply need to select the products from our website and request for a gift wrap. You can also request for a personalized message.
